Yash Tosar

Director and Pension Specialist

Yash leads the 1st Financial Foundations team. He is instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with clients and has core competencies in Wealth Management, Property Investment and is a Pension Transfer Specialist. Yash formed 1st Financial Foundations after spending nearly twenty years in the financial services industry. He stresses the importance of personalising services to meet clients’ financial needs and goals.

Yash is actively involved in various charities, enjoys travelling, is a keen golfer, skiing enthusiast and cyclist.

Bhaven Ondhia

Managing Director

Bhaven is a qualified Mortgage Adviser and specialises in Insurance and Protection. With a background in sales and management, he continues to develop the business with new and existing clients. He manages the team and is actively recruiting new members of the team.

Bhaven is a great networker and enjoys supporting various charitable functions. His passions include golf, theatre, cinema and organising events for friends and family.

Tina Foster

Managing Director

Tina assists our advisers in the areas of Pensions and Investments. She manages our office, marketing and Client relations. Tina is an advocate of 'Health is our Wealth’ and loves to hear feedback from Client’s achieving their Long-term Financial Goals.

Tina enjoys nutritious food, yoga, travelling and visiting art exhibitions.

Ajay R Ganatra

Independent Financial Adviser

Ajay’s experience in Financial Services spans some 30 years. He is a passionate and a caring adviser who will work diligently with clients to meet their goals and objectives. His holistic and articulate approach ensures that all angles are considered and offers advice across the field of protection, investments, mortgages and pensions to personal and corporate clients. Ajay also has vast knowledge of the property market, comprising, investments and fund raising for the residential and commercial sectors.

Ajay is a people person and has long standing association with several social and charitable organisations; he is an avid follower of sports and a keen golfer.

Dylan Tosar

Independent Financial Adviser

Dylan is an Independent Financial Adviser and has a degree in Accounting and Finance. He works in the areas of Investment and Cashflow planning, Mortgages and Protection, Retirement, Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning.

Dylan likes to keep fit and active at the gym, plays football and is an Arsenal supporter. You will often find him on the ski slopes in Europe skiing annually.

Jaysul Tosar

Independent Mortgage Adviser

Jaysul is a qualified Mortgage Adviser. His aim is to help clients achieve their goals and objectives ranging from purchasing a home for residential purpose, Remortgage, Protection or looking to increase their Buy to Let property portfolio. His core values are to ensure clients are dealt with in the utmost professional manner, striving to achieve great customer satisfaction.

Jay has a background in IT and business consultancy where he built long lasting relationships with clients to understand, resolve and create a solution for the project.

Outside of work Jay enjoys skiing and football.

Andreea Matyas

Independent Mortgage Adviser/Paraplanner

Andreea is a qualified Mortgage Adviser and provides paraplanning support for our advisers.

Andreea has five years experience in the Financial Services sector and studied Public Relations in Spain. She has lived in three countries and speaks three languages fluently.

Outside of work she enjoy's hiking, travelling & exploring different cultures. Andreea strongly believe's in always improving herself.
